Fresh shrimp... pan sear in olive oil and red chili flakes.  Season with sea salt, black pepper and a squeeze of fresh lemon.  

Put 1 cm of water in a pan and flash steam the broccolini for four minutes.  Season with sea salt and olive oil.

Side of avocado with a squeeze of lemon.
