I’ve been working with Alice for a couple months and I think she’s pretty great. This is my first time working with a personal trainer, and it’s been a great experience. She answers all of my questions, and seems very knowledgeable and experienced. Everything I tell her I want to learn, she listens and helps me toward my goals. She switches up the exercises so I never get bored. I’m learning a lot and getting stronger! The private workout spaces are nice because Alice has everything set up when I get there so we can get a lot done in the time I’m there, and we’re not competing for equipment with other training groups.

The best place to train in Chattanooga! The owner, Adam, is amazing. This is a place for everyone–regardless of age, size, etc. I train with Adam and Ashley, but have also trained with Sarah and Alice and they are all supportive while still holding you accountable. I’ve been working out here for two years and it has truly changed my life. I have inflammatory arthritis and Adam has worked with me to build muscle to support my joints. I was able to come down on some of my medication as a result. Adam has also helped me with my grip strength and also my mental strength, the kind that lets you improve your endurance. The workouts are a mix of weights, body weight, cardio, HIIT, running, or whatever your trainer thinks will benefit YOU. It is completely individualized. Forte has changed my life for the better.
