Eggs

  • boil for eight minutes

  • chill in bowl of ice water

  • serve with a drizzle of olive oil, sea salt, and red chili flake 

Asparagus

  • steam in 1/2 inch of water for 2 minutes 

  • season with olive oil and sea salt

Oatmeal

  • follow oatmeal directions on box

  • top with mixed nuts

  • season with cinnamon, sea salt, a drizzle of olive oil and honey

Cutie

  • peal and divide clementine
