Savory Vegan Oatmeal Breakfast & Almond Butter Smoothie

Savory Vegan Oatmeal 

  • Cook the oatmeal and sprinkle lightly with salt
  • Rinse a can of black beans 
  • Saute two mushrooms in olive oil, sea salt, chili flakes
  • Finely chop red onion 
  • Handful of arugula
  • Slice of lemon
  • Avocado

When oatmeal is done place in bowl.  Sprinkle lightly with curry.  Plate all the ingredients.  Lightly season with sea salt.  Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.  

Almond Butter Smoothie

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp cinnamon 
  • 1 tbsp almond butter 
  • 4 ice cubes
  • Blend! 
  • Taste and sweeten with with blue agave
