Savory Vegan Oatmeal
- Cook the oatmeal and sprinkle lightly with salt
- Rinse a can of black beans
- Saute two mushrooms in olive oil, sea salt, chili flakes
- Finely chop red onion
- Handful of arugula
- Slice of lemon
- Avocado
When oatmeal is done place in bowl. Sprinkle lightly with curry. Plate all the ingredients. Lightly season with sea salt. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
Almond Butter Smoothie
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 4 ice cubes
- Blend!
- Taste and sweeten with with blue agave
